last minute vacation

so last week we decided we needed to do one more vacation before max started work…

so on monday morning we packed up and headed to yellowstone…

it was a first time going for me and i was quite excited because i got to take lots and lots of pictures

i had a lot of fun just driving around yellowstone with my max…i really am not going to like him being gone from 8 to 5 everyday :(

 

here are a few pictures from the 500 i took…

these cookies are called stroop waffles in europe…we found them in the netherlands once and thought it was the only place we could get them…then one day while exploring brussels i found some!!! they were my most favorite treat and i was very sad to leave…until a year later when i stumbled upon them in west yellowstone…happiest day of my life…

best burger ever…didn’t help that we were eating in a covered wagon in west yellowstone…max successfully ate a 1 pound buffalo burger and i was proud of my 1/2 pound regular burger     he wanted you to know what to look at in the picture most exciting thing ever probably one of my most favorite pictures of all time…can’t wait to print it and hang it in my house the beautiful tetons the one picture i wanted to get in jackson hole…
