renting stinks because you have neighbors move in next door that seem to only listen to their heavy metal, base thumping music between the hours of 10 pm and 1 am and the hours of 6 am through 8 am. who knows why on earth they choose those hours…but they do…and its always the same beat….at least they could give us some variety….
