husband made me watch this today, i was a little unwilling but once i finished i realized how important and life saving it actually could be. it's all about self defense and some simple/easy ways to get away if someone is attacking you! so watch it and make sure others watch it too...
its about a half hour (only watch to the part where they start showing like some bar fight scene)...and totally worth it!
