rejoice

Viewed from this perspective, enduring to the end is exalting and glorious, not grim and gloomy. This is a joyful religion, one of hope, strength, and deliverance. “Adam fell that men might be; and men are, that they might have joy”.

Enduring to the end is a process filling every minute of our life, every hour, every day, from sunrise to sunrise. 

It is accomplished through personal discipline following the commandments of God.

The restored gospel of Jesus Christ is a way of life. It is not for Sunday only. It is not something we can do only as a habit or a tradition if we expect to harvest all of its promised blessings.

 Max and I woke up early one morning and drove to the valley to watch the sunrise...it was beautiful and so peaceful..we reflected on all that we had to be grateful for and the top two on things on that list are always each other and the gospel. 
I love the title of the talk that the quote up above is from. It is "Have we not reason to rejoice?"
We truly have so much to rejoice about...something as common as the sunrise can be easily forgotten and taken for granted...but if we were to stop and take a minute we would find much to rejoice in as the light fills the darkness each and every day. 
Each day we can search for our reasons to rejoice. They are everywhere...some days it might take a little work, some days we might just have to look at something that has always been there.....and some days it seems as if the reasons are never ending..which ever day it is I think it would always help to say to yourself 
HAVE I NOT REASON TO REJOICE....
